Unity has a long history of giving back to its community. Unity’s involvement ranges from sponsoring, supporting and participating in various community-based events and organizations to encouraging its employees to take time away from work to participate in a one-on-one mentoring program at a local Syracuse middle school.

For example, Unity always designates one full week in the fall to run its United Way of Central New York Campaign and this year is no exception. Last year, Unity not only achieved its campaign goal, but also was formally recognized by United Way for making the list of the Top 20 Organizations in Employee Per Capita Giving.
